If I could give more stars, I would! I found it so easy to schedule an appointment. I booked online and received text messages and confirmation along the way. The window for arrival was very specific, so I did not have to take a whole day off from work. When JD arrived, he was professional, respectful and explained everything he was doing ahead of time. He gave me different options to fit my budge, and I did not feel any pressure to pick a more expensive option. Lastly, he gave me a chart to show which things should be fixed in the future. This company will be my "go to" for all my future household electric needs!
