Through Angie's list, I recently contacted West Houston Electric to work on some items in our home that had been found in an inspection. I provided a list of the items to WHE and within a day I had a quote for the work. Ryan Alston, WHE Electrical Technician, came to my home this afternoon and looked at the work I needed done and reviewed it with me. He then safely and efficiently completed the work. I note I periodically checked on Ryan's progress which he did not mind at all me doing. We had a GFCI outlet problem. Randy Deyo, the owner, called me back promptly and offered to come by my home to take a quick look before scheduling actual service. With 15 minutes after the call, Randy was at my home and walked me through the problem; I determined that I could the problem myself.
