Replacement fan. Original fan had wall mounted controller which interfered with the new remote controlled fan. Replaced wall mounted controller with a switch and all was good. Landen did great and offered a number of electrical upgrade options around the house.

Christian and Travis came to my rescue to tackle the unyielding light bulb above my sink. This stubborn little bulb had refused to budge, so it required a full removal of the fixture to finally extract the old bulb. Now, thankfully, I have light over my sink again. And don't worry, I won't be making any "How many people does it take to change a light bulb?" jokes... except to say that it took two professionals, a fixture removal, and a lot more effort than you'd expect for a bulb! Why did Christian and Travis bring ropes to change the light bulb? Because they were ready for a fixture adventure! Travis and Landen came to unravel a messed up ceiling fan that had a light and fan on two different breakers! Thank alot DR Horton 😒. Landen untangled the mess and upgraded to Leviton smart fan and dimmer controls. These guys are just the best! JD came and fixed my laundry room light!

JD came today to look at our microwave that stopped working. Turns out it wasn't the microwave, but an outlet behind our stove that had a loose connection and had burned a bit and warped the outlet cover. He fixed the problem and all is good. JD was professional, personable and I will definitely use them again.
