Top 3 things I loved: 1) Prompt arrival and on time completion, 2) Professional knowledge and clear explanations during the electrical repair. Consistent professionalism from our Electrician. We had JD come out to our home over a couple visits. One visit to complete home recommended services for breaker box, pool equipment to help bring it to code, sealing outside electrical outlets for weather proofing. Last part was to run a dedicated line to my wife's closet for her new Steam closet. JD showed professionalism & knowledge through out the whole process. I had 3 other Electricians came out who couldnt figure out or just simply fix an issue on a circuit which ran from our childrens bath room to our wet bar, to our balcony and final down to our outdoor plugs in the backyard. JD solved they issues on the spot. We havent had electricity in these areas for more than a year of moving in. Now we're able to enjoy all the plugs that were affected. I highly recommend them for any electrical panel upgrades or outlet repair needs.

Being fair and honest, things with West Houston Electric got off to a shaky start; my initial appointment got delayed and rescheduled several times over a week's time, so naturally, I started looking for another provider. However, they waived the trip fee altogether for the inconvenience, and Rolan was super-cool and knowledgeable, clearly explaining the work and making the whole process smooth.
