Theo did a great job for us. He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained the solution. He was able to temporarily get my power back on and returned the next day ro replace the electrical panel. I'll give him 6 stars on a 5 star scale

7/2 Update: West Houston Electric continues to be our go-to electricians for all our home needs. I called for a ceiling fan replacement and light fixture replacement this time around. Rolan did awesome work making sure that our house was thoroughly inspected as well, he walked me through the items that needed to be upgraded and attended to around our home and was kind enough to provide different pricing options based on our budget with no pressure. I called West Houston Electric West Houston Electric technician Rolan , came back out today to complete my Level 2 EV charger installation and did a fantastic job! Rolan was professional, efficient, and the work was done cleanly and correctly. I now have my 2025 GMC Hummer EV SUV charging at home with no issues.
