Christian always provides helpful insight on all the things I need done as well as everything that doesn’t need to be done or at least right now. What I appreciate most is the fact Christian will tell you honestly what needs to be completed right away and what may need to be handled in the future. Our Service Technician, Theo, was thorough and delivered the work on the company's promises from start to finish. He fixed issues we had experienced for a long time and was capable of successfully completing all of the issues we identified in our original work order. We were pleased to have him in our home, making it safer and developing a plan for bringing our house up to code. We were glad to know that he would be the technician to assist us down the road. Theo, teaming with Dalton, completed our large electrical project, replacing our entire electrical panel with breakers, detailed circuit labeling, whole home surge protection, and a new meter base for utility connection. They also added GFCI outlets throughout our house. They completed a very complex process in a way to minimize disruption to our household.
