This is the second time that I have used West Houston Electric for electrical items in my home.

Matt’s detailed explanation of the work I requested along with suggestions to improve the safety of my electrical system were much appreciated. There was no “hard sell” just a complete explanation of the benefits of what he was showing me. A true professional!

I will continue to use West Houston Electric for any electrical needs that come up and have already recommended them to my neighbor, who is using them later this week.

It was a complex installation and our technician took the time to research and explain our options. I highly recommend West Houston Electric for dependable service.

We had some electrical problems at our ranch house and called West Houston Electric. Travis Qualls came out, and he did a really great job for us.

Our outlets and Ring cameras kept going offline, and we didn't know why. Travis took the time to explain the issues to us clearly. He was very patient and answered all of our questions so we could understand what was happening.

Our panels and meter were very old, so we had to replace them. Travis and his team installed the new panels and meter. He also installed a whole-home surge protection system and new ground rods to make our system safer.

Travis also found out why we weren't getting enough power. We were only getting 80 volts instead of the normal 120 volts. He figured out it was because of a loose junction on CenterPoint Energy's side. Travis contacted CenterPoint for us and scheduled the repair to get it fixed.

Overall, we are very happy with the work. Travis is very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. I highly recommend him and West Houston Electric.

Working with West Houston Electric to get a new line run for charging my EV and a whole home surge protector was a great experience.The communication back and forth made it super easy to set up my appointments. When Omar came out for the assessment and install he did a great job of explaining my options and the work he would be doing, very courteous and professional. He also did great work on a clean install that functions perfectly and looks great. I would highly recommend them for any work you may be considering.

Omar was my Tech and he came at 6 pm on a Thursday and was only scheduled to work until 8. He stayed until 10:30pm working and eventually fixing our lights. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and hardworking. Omar with West Houston Electric will be the only electrician I go to from here on out!

Matt was great! He called to let us know he was on his way. He explained what he was going to do beforehand and appraised us of his findings. He was thorough with checking the problem circuit and made checked the wiring and switches and outlets that were affected by the faulty breaker to rule out underlying issues or unseen problems. Thank you!
