I received prompt notification of the expected arrival time of the electrician, Travis Q. He was very, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Replacement fan. Original fan had wall mounted controller which interfered with the new remote controlled fan. Replaced wall mounted controller with a switch and all was good. Landen did great and offered a number of electrical upgrade options around the house.

Christian and Travis came to my rescue to tackle the unyielding light bulb above my sink. This stubborn little bulb had refused to budge, so it required a full removal of the fixture to finally extract the old bulb. Now, thankfully, I have light over my sink again. And don't worry, I won't be making any "How many people does it take to change a light bulb?" jokes... except to say that it took two professionals, a fixture removal, and a lot more effort than you'd expect for a bulb! Why did Christian and Travis bring ropes to change the light bulb? Because they were ready for a fixture adventure! Travis and Landen came to unravel a messed up ceiling fan that had a light and fan on two different breakers! Thank alot DR Horton 😒. Landen untangled the mess and upgraded to Leviton smart fan and dimmer controls. These guys are just the best! JD came and fixed my laundry room light!

Christian and Travis came to my rescue to tackle the unyielding light bulb above my sink. This stubborn little bulb had refused to budge, so it required a full removal of the fixture to finally extract the old bulb. Now, thankfully, I have light over my sink again. And don't worry, I won't be making any "How many people does it take to change a light bulb?" jokes... except to say that it took two professionals, a fixture removal, and a lot more effort than you'd expect for a bulb! There were two tiny items left unresolved -likely because I diverted his attention to a new request- but I hope in the next 30 days or so he can return to resolve; 1) adding a blank plate on island he mentioned he’d add that can no longer be used after he worked to solve the main issue and 2) garage outlet not working.

We needed a dedicated electrical line installed for a new kitchen appliance. The electrician completed the work carefully and explained the setup clearly before starting. West Houston Electric sent a technician, Michael, to do some general repairs. Michael assessed the work to be done, reviewed a quote with us to perform the work, and completed the work in a professional and efficient manner. Michael was friendly and calm, and we would be happy to have him back in the future. Two years after Michael came out, West Houston Electric sent Drew out to replace two fans and an outside light fixture. Drew assessed our breaker box, and based on his recommendation, we had him replace the breaker box. Drew was professional , courteous, and on time. All repairs were completed as specified. We would be happy to have Drew come back out in the future. On a recent visit, JD came out to run the electric and gas lines for a whole house generator, This trip included a crew to dig a trench for the lines to come from the backyard to the meters. JD explained the steps of the process before doing the work, and reviewed everything before leaving including what the next steps will be. Will definitely use West Houston Electric again. In the last month, Rolando and Axel came out to perform a safety inspection. They did an excellent job and made some good suggestions. Will continue using West Houston Electric. At the end of March 2026 JD returned to diagnose a problem with the voltage to the dryer. He quickly fixed the problem. He did an excellent job and would be happy to him back.

Landen was on time and answered all questions concerning the installation off the ceiling fan. The install was completed in a timely manner. Him and his crew did outstanding work.
