Theo was the electrician that came out, extremely nice guy. Showed him what to do and he was in and out in no time. Check his work when he was done. Couldn't tell he was even here. Excellent work!

Mr Matt was great. I had other things I wanted done and advised on plans for that and appropriate fans and things to buy later on. Fan's replacements and added outlets, as well.as ensuring where to buy the right equipment needed in advance. He gave me ideas and ways to go about it in stages as well and did great work installing drop lights over the kitchen area of a new build and a fancy light fixture. He was very helpful with questions and answers I had. As well as took his time to ensure things worked appropriately and advised me of the things i planed to do in the next few months. That the fans were correct and would work for the house efficiently and checked the house for anything out of order or improvements per the policy they have, which was good to know. He was nice and professional, called and gave me time frames and was helpful with the free consultation on my ideas. I do recommend this company and will use in the future. Great job Mr Mike.

It was a complex installation and our technician took the time to research and explain our options. I highly recommend West Houston Electric for dependable service.

We had some electrical problems at our ranch house and called West Houston Electric. Travis Qualls came out, and he did a really great job for us.

Our outlets and Ring cameras kept going offline, and we didn't know why. Travis took the time to explain the issues to us clearly. He was very patient and answered all of our questions so we could understand what was happening.

Our panels and meter were very old, so we had to replace them. Travis and his team installed the new panels and meter. He also installed a whole-home surge protection system and new ground rods to make our system safer.

Travis also found out why we weren't getting enough power. We were only getting 80 volts instead of the normal 120 volts. He figured out it was because of a loose junction on CenterPoint Energy's side. Travis contacted CenterPoint for us and scheduled the repair to get it fixed.

Overall, we are very happy with the work. Travis is very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. I highly recommend him and West Houston Electric.

I received prompt notification of the expected arrival time of the electrician, Travis Q. He was very, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had some outlets, panel breakers and grounding bar upgrades done. He was helpful and explaining things properly. He cleaned and tidy up after his works done. Replacement fan. Original fan had wall mounted controller which interfered with the new remote controlled fan. Replaced wall mounted controller with a switch and all was good. Landen did great and offered a number of electrical upgrade options around the house.

Christian and Travis came to my rescue to tackle the unyielding light bulb above my sink. This stubborn little bulb had refused to budge, so it required a full removal of the fixture to finally extract the old bulb. Now, thankfully, I have light over my sink again. And don't worry, I won't be making any "How many people does it take to change a light bulb?" jokes... except to say that it took two professionals, a fixture removal, and a lot more effort than you'd expect for a bulb! Why did Christian and Travis bring ropes to change the light bulb? Because they were ready for a fixture adventure! Travis and Landen came to unravel a messed up ceiling fan that had a light and fan on two different breakers! Thank alot DR Horton 😒. Landen untangled the mess and upgraded to Leviton smart fan and dimmer controls. These guys are just the best! JD came and fixed my laundry room light!

We had JD come out to our home over a couple visits.
