Michael assessed the work to be done, reviewed a quote with us to perform the work, and completed the work in a professional and efficient manner. Michael was friendly and calm, and we would be happy to have him back in the future. Two years after Michael came out, West Houston Electric sent Drew out to replace two fans and an outside light fixture. Drew assessed our breaker box, and based on his recommendation, we had him replace the breaker box. Drew was professional , courteous, and on time. All repairs were completed as specified. We would be happy to have Drew come back out in the future. On a recent visit, JD came out to run the electric and gas lines for a whole house generator, This trip included a crew to dig a trench for the lines to come from the backyard to the meters. JD explained the steps of the process before doing the work, and reviewed everything before leaving including what the next steps will be. Will definitely use West Houston Electric again. In the last month, Rolando and Axel came out to perform a safety inspection. They did an excellent job and made some good suggestions. Will continue using West Houston Electric. At the end of March 2026 JD returned to diagnose a problem with the voltage to the dryer. He quickly fixed the problem. He did an excellent job and would be happy to him back.

Landen was on time and answered all questions concerning the installation off the ceiling fan. The install was completed in a timely manner. Him and his crew did outstanding work.

He added a home surge protector, replaced the outlets in my laundry room with GFCI, applied sealant to prevent water from getting in the electrical panel, and replaced all the smoke detectors.
